Our platform acts as an intermediary to facilitate communication between you and certified sellers, but it is not a direct party to any financial transactions that occur between you.

To ensure we can assist you if any issues arise, you must fully adhere to the following instructions. We may not be able to recover your rights if you do not comply:
1. Check Stock: Before making a payment, you must click the button at the top of the chat to view the seller's available codes. Do not purchase a code for a plan they do not have in stock.
2. Report Immediately: If the seller attempts to sell you a code for a plan they do not possess, report them immediately through their profile.
3. Stay on Platform: Keep the entire conversation within the platform and do not move to any external application.
4. Document Payment: Take a screenshot of the financial transaction receipt and send it here in the chat as proof of payment.
5. Report Violations: You can report the seller through their profile if they violate any of the terms.
